Refund & Re-test Policy

Full refund
You're entitled to a full refund if:
- The sample arrives at the lab in a state we cannot accept (insufficient volume, leaked, decomposed, mis-preserved), andyou ask us to cancel rather than re-collect within 48 hours of our notification.
- We are unable to start the analysis within 7 working days of sample receipt due to a lab-side delay (instrument downtime, staff unavailability) and you choose not to wait.
- You cancel the order before the sample has been dispatched to or collected by Greenlink.
Partial refund / re-test
Where a result is disputed within 7 days of report issuance and our investigation confirms an analytical error (calibration failure, contamination, sample swap, methodological mistake), we re-test free of charge and reissue the corrected report. If you prefer not to wait for re-test, a 50% refund is offered.
No refund
Refunds are not available once analysis has begun and the result is valid — including cases where you don't like the result. The test measures what is in the sample; we report what we find.
How to request
Email info@greenlink.in with your Order ID and Sample ID, citing the reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Razorpay transaction reference is shared with the confirmation email.
Quality complaints
For complaints regarding the accuracy or impartiality of a result, our formal complaints procedure under ISO/IEC 17025 clause 7.9 applies. We acknowledge within 1 working day, complete the investigation within 30 days, and communicate the outcome in writing.
