How a Greenlink test works, end to end.

From clicking "Add to cart" to a detailed PDF report in the Greenlink lab portal — usually 5 to 10 working days.

1. 01

   Pick a panel

   Browse water profiles (drinking, ground, surface, waste, irrigation, industrial, pool, construction, purifier) and soil & sludge. Every profile lets you build the exact panel you need parameter by parameter, with sample volume and turnaround shown.

2. 02

   Choose how your sample reaches us

   Three logistics options at checkout: schedule a courier pickup from your address — priced by your state and each sample's packed weight, with the exact fee shown at checkout before you pay — self-ship your own sample to our Coimbatore lab (free), or drop the sample at our Coimbatore lab in person (free). The total updates as you switch.

3. 03

   Pay securely with Razorpay

   UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking, wallets, or EMI for orders over ₹3,000. We do not store any card details — Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1.

4. 04

   Order confirmation + Sample ID

   Your order is confirmed on screen, and if you shared an email you also receive it in writing: your Order ID, a link to the sampling guide, and the next step for handing over your sample (courier pickup details, or the lab shipping address). Each panel gets its unique Sample ID (e.g. GAL/WT/2026/0001) when the lab logs your sample in.

5. 05

   Sample arrives at the lab

   After payment, our team arranges sample pickup or drop-off, then acknowledges receipt and starts the analysis clock. You track your order, invoice, and report in the Greenlink lab portal.

6. 06

   Analysis

   Validated methods referenced to recognised standards (APHA, BIS/IS, EN). Quality control: every batch carries a method blank, duplicate, and certified reference material, and results are reported against the applicable limits.

7. 07

   Report delivered

   Detailed PDF, available in the Greenlink lab portal. Each parameter shows result, unit, method, acceptable / permissible limit (IS / APHA / EN as applicable), pass-fail flag, lab signatory, and Sample ID. Report stays downloadable for 2 years; we retain raw data internally for 7 years.
