How a Greenlink test works, end to end.

From clicking "Add to cart" to a NABL-accredited PDF in your inbox — usually 5 to 10 working days.

1. 01

   Pick a panel

   Browse drinking water panels (Basic 12-parameter, Standard 28-parameter, Full IS 10500 with heavy metals + pesticides) or coir-pith RHP/EN panels. Every product page lists the parameters tested, accreditation status, sample volume, and turnaround.

2. 02

   Choose how your sample reaches us

   Four logistics options at checkout: schedule a Greenlink pickup from your address (Tamil Nadu ₹250 / South India ₹400 / rest of India ₹500), ask us to ship a sampling kit you return (₹250), self-ship your own sample (free, only for panels that don't need a sterile container), or drop in at our Coimbatore lab (free, Coimbatore pincodes only). The total updates as you switch.

3. 03

   Pay securely with Razorpay

   UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking, wallets, or EMI for orders over ₹3,000. We do not store any card details — Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1.

4. 04

   Order confirmation + Sample ID

   Within seconds you receive an email with: your Order ID, a unique Sample ID per panel (e.g. GAL/WT/2026/0001), a downloadable sampling guide PDF, your GST invoice, and the next step (pickup date, kit-dispatch ETA, or lab address).

5. 05

   Sample arrives at the lab

   Whichever logistics you picked, we acknowledge receipt by email and start the analysis clock. You can track the sample state under /account/orders.

6. 06

   Analysis

   Accredited methods. Where a parameter sits outside Greenlink's current NABL TC-12925 scope, we say so on the product page and in the report — no surprises. Quality control: every batch carries a method blank, duplicate, and certified reference material.

7. 07

   Report delivered

   NABL-logo'd PDF in your inbox and in your account dashboard. Each parameter shows result, unit, method, acceptable / permissible limit per IS 10500:2012 (or RHP / EN for coir), pass-fail flag, lab signatory, and Sample ID. Report stays downloadable for 2 years; we retain raw data internally for 7 years per NABL norms.
