A detailed PDF report then waits for you in the portal. No visit to the lab is required, and no account is needed to check out.
We are a water, soil and environmental testing laboratory based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Samples reach us from across South India: a courier pickup can be arranged from your address in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry, or you can self-ship or drop the sample at the Coimbatore lab. Whichever route you choose, it is the same online order, the same traceable Sample ID, and the same report.
Pricing is transparent — each panel price is shown before you pay, plus 18% GST, with the GST-inclusive total on screen before payment and a GST invoice available. Each sample is analysed using reference methods to IS / APHA / EN with documented quality control, and every result is reported against the applicable limit. The lab tests roughly 10,000+ samples a year.

Why order water and soil testing online
Ordering online removes the back-and-forth of quotes, calls and lab visits. You choose what to test, see the price and tax up front, and pay in a few minutes. The lab takes it from there.

- Pay online — UPI, credit/debit card, or netbanking via a secure payment gateway. No account needed, and card details are never stored by the site.
- South India courier pickup — a courier can collect the sample from your address in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Puducherry; or you self-ship or drop it at the Coimbatore lab.
- Traceable Sample ID — every sample is logged with a unique Sample ID you can follow through to the report.
- PDF report in the portal — a detailed report waits for you in the lab portal, with the method and the limit stated on every parameter.

How ordering online works, step by step
From picking a panel to a report in the portal, the flow is built to be simple and traceable. You can order one panel or several in a single checkout.

Pick a panel. Browse water, soil & compost, coir / growing media, fertilizer and food testing. On any package you can take the full panel or tick only the parameters you need.

Pay online. Check out as a guest and pay by UPI, card, or netbanking. GST is added at checkout, and the final total is shown before you pay.

Choose how the sample reaches the lab. At checkout, pick a courier pickup from your address, self-ship to Coimbatore, or drop the sample in person — the fee (if any) is in your total before you pay. After payment the lab confirms pickup and sampling details.

Get a Sample ID. Each sample is assigned a unique Sample ID for traceability — when you order multiple panels, each gets its own — and the analysis clock starts when the lab receives it.

Download the report. Typically in 5 to 10 working days, a detailed PDF report and your GST invoice are available in the portal.

Our laboratory is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on Tex Park Road. Locally you can walk in, drop off a sample, or have one picked up. For customers elsewhere, courier pickup is arranged across South India — Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry and Telangana — so the whole order can be placed and completed online from anywhere in these states. From elsewhere, you can self-ship your sample to the lab.

Methods and quality control
Results are only useful if they hold up. Greenlink uses validated methods referenced to recognised standards, with quality control built into every batch.
- Reference methods to IS (Bureau of Indian Standards) / APHA / EN, as applicable.
- Each batch carries a method blank, a duplicate, and a certified reference material.
- Every result is reported against the applicable limit — for example, IS 10500 for drinking water — with a pass/fail flag and the lab signatory.
- Every report shows result, unit, method and limit on each parameter, giving traceable, defensible results.
Ordering online — questions, answered
Is ordering lab testing online reliable?
Yes. Ordering online only changes how you place the order and how the sample reaches us — the testing is the same. Samples are analysed using reference methods to IS / APHA / EN with documented quality control, and every result is reported against the applicable limit.
How does my sample reach the lab without me visiting?
At checkout you choose how the sample gets to us: a courier pickup from your address (arranged across South India), self-ship to our Coimbatore lab, or drop it off in person. After payment the lab confirms the pickup and sampling details with you.
How long does testing take?
Typically 5 to 10 working days from when the lab receives your sample. The exact turnaround is shown on each package. The clock starts on receipt, not at the time you order.
How do I pay, and is it secure?

Do I get a proper report and a GST invoice?
Yes. A detailed PDF report is available in the Greenlink lab portal once analysis is complete, with result, unit, method, permissible limit, a pass/fail flag and the lab signatory on every parameter. Add your GSTIN at checkout to download a GST invoice from the same portal.
Is the report emailed to me?
No. Reports are not emailed. You download the PDF report — and track your order and invoice — in the Greenlink lab portal.

The laboratory is in Coimbatore, where you can walk in, drop off, or arrange a pickup. Courier pickup is arranged across South India — Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry. From other states you can self-ship your sample to the lab. Can I test only a few parameters instead of the whole panel?
Yes. On any package you can build your own panel — tick only the parameters you need and pay for exactly those — or take the full package at its bundled price. The bundled package is never more expensive than buying its parts.
