15 of this package's 25 parameters can be ordered online, and you are charged only for those. The remainder — including any bacteriological tests — are run by the lab but are not part of the online selection: contact us to include them.
Sample you need to send
- Quantity:
- 2–5 L · plus 250–500 mL if your panel includes a bacteriological test
- How to collect & store:
- Collect a representative grab or composite sample in a clean HDPE/PET container. Use and, only if your panel lists a bacteriological test, a second sample in a fresh sterile bottle. Preserve as required per parameter (e.g. acidify with nitric acid for heavy metals), keep at 2–8 °C in transit, avoid headspace for volatile parameters, and prevent contamination.
At checkout you choose courier pickup, self-ship, or drop-off — and after payment our team confirms the details. More in the sampling guide.
What the report looks like
A detailed PDF report with each parameter, result, unit, method, and acceptable-limit comparison (IS / APHA / EN as applicable). Lab signatory and Sample ID included, and available in the Greenlink lab portal.
